Walsall v Blackburn called off
Walsall have opted to call off their League One clash at Blackburn, scheduled for November 11, due to international call-ups.
The Express & Star understands the Saddlers have exercised their option to postpone the game with more than three of Jon Whitney's squad set to be called up by their national sides.
It is excepted Shaun Donnellan, Liam Kinsella (both Republic of Ireland under-21), Tyler Roberts (Wales under-21) and Maz Kouyhar (Afghanistan) will be named in their respective international squads when they are announced.
Walsall opted not to postpone the home games against Plymouth and Shrewsbury earlier this season despite having the option.
Blackburn did postpone their fixtures during those international weekends.
But they are only set to have two players called up for the internationals taking place in November.
A date for the re-arranged fixture is yet to be announced.
