Winsford United make the trip from Cheshire to tackle the Wulfs as fifth hosts first in step five.
City, who made the play-offs last season, are fifth with two wins from their first four games this time around as they look for a repeat of last season - but visitors Winsford have 12 points from their opening five.
A tasty Midlands clash sees seventh visit ninth as Sporting Khalsa head to Brocton.
Both have enjoyed steady starts to the campaign with six points, though Khalsa’s haul is from three fixtures, while the Badgers have played five matches.
Things have been slightly tougher going for Lye Town with just a single league win from three, but they aim to continue from last weekend’s FA Cup heroics and a 6-0 thrashing of Lichfield City.
Lye, in 15th, face a clash at mid-table Cheadle.
Darlaston Town, meanwhile, are at home to fancied sixth-placed side West Didsbury & Chorlton.
Rock-bottom Tividale eye a first point of the season at home to third-bottom Wythenshawe Town, while fellow strugglers Dudley Town host Whitchurch Alport. Mid-table Stone Old Alleynians go to Romulus.
Division One leaders Gornal Athletic look to maintain their 100 per cent start at home to Kirby Muxloe. Bustleholme welcome Heather St John’s and Cradley go to Leicester St Andrews.
It has been a fine start to the North West Counties First Division South campaign for some of the region’s clubs.
And some of those will go head-to-head this weekend, as second-placed Stafford Town make the trip to league new boys, Bilston Town’s Queen Street.
Bilston are eighth after two wins from four.
Fourth-placed Eccleshall visit Cheadle Health Nomads and Wolverhampton Casuals, in fifth, welcome lowly Alsager. Mid-table Wednesfield Community visit Barnton.
