Kidderminster Harriers defender Michael Briscoe has hailed the impact manager Steve Burr has had on his career as he prepares for a second season at the club.

Briscoe rates the Aggborough chief as up there with the best he has ever played under on a list that includes Derby County manager Nigel Clough, York boss Gary Mills and Burr's No 2 Gary Whild.
The defender is currently recovering from a hernia operation but has the security of another year's contract, after putting pen to paper on a new deal in April.
The 27-year-old has drifted off into non-league football after spending time at Coventry and Macclesfield but has found a home at Harriers, his ninth club since starting out in 2002.
Many bosses have had Briscoe under their wing but the centre-half has declared 'Burr's the best.'
He said: "The gaffer is brilliant, he encourages you in everything you do and, if you do something wrong, he pulls you to one side and explains things.
"Some managers I have played under just shout and shout, but every player respects the gaffer and Gary Whild and that's why we have got such a good spirit in the dressing room.
"I have played under some very good managers, but there's something about the gaffer where he knows how to get you up for games.
"I don't think I have played under anybody who can get a dressing room together like that."
