Villa star Gabby Agbonlahor today withdrew from the England squad - as team-mate Stephen Warnock was called up to replace Ashley Cole.

Agbonlahor has pulled out of Fabio Capello's final selection to face France at Wembley on Wednesday after Villa boss Gerard Houllier said he was 'drained,' with West Ham's Carlton Cole taking his place.
While Wolves winger Matt Jarvis was overlooked, Cardiff's former Molineux striker Jay Bothroyd was celebrating an astonishing rise to prominence after his selection.
The 28-year-old, who left Wolves for £300,000 in August 2008 after two years, has turned his career around under ex-Wolves boss Dave Jones, scoring 15 goals this season to help the Bluebirds to the top of the Championship table.
Another striker called up for the first time, Newcastle's Andy Carroll, is carrying an groin injury but has reported to the team hotel. Ashley Cole joins Chelsea team-mate John Terry on the sidelines.
Agbonlahor's withdrawal comes as Villa's injury crisis deepened, with a staggering 13 casualties.
Houllier said: "Gabby felt extremely drained and tired. He had no games under his belt."
Villa's Republic of Ireland duo Richard Dunne and Ciaran Clark have both pulled out of Giovanni Trapattoni's side's friendly against Norway on Wednesday - denying Clark, who received his first call-up last week after declaring for the Republic, the chance to make his international debut.
Clark sat out Saturday's 2-2 draw with Manchester United with a calf problem but it is the recurrence of a knee injury which Dunne suffered during that game which is the greater concern.
Houllier said: "Ciaran felt his calf in training. But he played two games practically in three days in a position which is not his - in midfield.
"He's done a lot of running. He felt his calf and I didn't want to take any risks.
"I'm more worried about Richard because he had a knee injury again.
"His knee has swollen and it is a recurring thing."
