Aston Villa place a price freeze on season tickets
Aston Villa today announced a freeze on season ticket prices for next year.
The claret and blues have averaged 34,350 at Villa Park this term and have moved to keep their faithful as they battle the Premier League drop.

Tickets will go on sale on Monday and adult season prices will start from £325, under-8s from £80, under-16s from £125 and over-65s from £230.
Villa had the second best top flight ticket in the BBC's Price of Football survey this term and chief executive Paul Faulkner said they were committed to their supporters.
He said: ""It has always been important to us to ensure that coming to a match is affordable and cost-effective for fans.
"Paul Lambert has said many times how important the fans are to the club and the club has a real appreciation of this.
"We value our supporters, recognise that they are the heartbeat of the club and want them to be able to come down to Villa Park and support the team in person.
"With the price of attending football games very much on the agenda over the past couple of years, particularly given the harsh economic climate, we hope that by freezing season ticket prices for another year more fans will be able to experience the unique buzz of match-day."
Supporters who purchase tickets before May 31 can spread their payments over nine months at no extra cost through the club's partnership with Zebra Finance.
From June 1, a four-month option will be available with a nominal administration fee of £15 per ticket.
Season ticket holders will also enjoy a number of special benefits including access to match day suites and lounges, exclusive invitations to player and manager events, a seasonal subscription to Aston Villa's online TV channel (AVTV), JV life membership (for under 14s) and loyalty cash to redeem against tickets, events, food and beverages and merchandise.
