Carlos Corberan looks to have solved West Brom's '10' issue
From week to week this season there seems to have been a headache with a certain position in the West Brom side.

There is no doubt that on paper Albion have a plethora of attacking talent capable of beating anyone in the division.
At the head of the pack, Josh Maja has made the starting berth his own, not just because he is arguably the only readily available forward, but because he continues to bag key goals.
Out wide, Karlan Grant has come back in and snatched back a shirt with aplomb, and on the other side, although he has been out of sorts in recent weeks, Tom Fellows still remains as dangerous as any Championship winger.
But it is in the middle where the problems have been, and it has been an area Carlos Corberan had not been able to find the solution, until now.
The two options Corberan has had at his disposal have been John Swift and Grady Diangana, two seasoned Championship campaigners with bags of ability.
But neither have been able to light the Albion touch paper this season, aside from a few flashes of brilliance in Albion's early season form.
For much of the opening weeks, it was Swift taking the lead in that position, with his new directive to drop deeper and play more of a free role with others pushing forward.
When he fell out of form and Diangana rediscovered his fitness, in he came, but like he has done at stages of his Albion career he flattered to deceive.
In Albion's barren eight game winless run, neither stood out despite having the potential to go and be a matchwinner for Albion.
And in truth, for the pair, that has maybe been their issue for much of their time at Albion. They've both had really good spells.
Last season early on it was Swift who was arguably Albion's best player, before failing to find any sort of form when he returned from an injury.
On the other hand, Diangana collectively had a pretty good season, his best since his initial loan spell at the club.
But consistency has been the issue, not just for other periods during their time at Albion, but this season too and it sparked Corberan into a change at Hull last weekend. It was a change that may well be for the best moving forward.
Swift and Diangana look to have been cast aside for the time being, with Mikey Johnston, Fellows, Maja and Grant being the four forward players Corberan entrusted to get Albion out of their recent slump.
They did that, but what they also did was show much more attacking intent, and a will get Albion firing in the right direction.
And it wasn't just a like for like swap, which also bodes well for Albion.
They didn't really play with a recognised 'ten' at Hull. In the first half it was something that very much resembled an old 4-4-2, with Grant and Maja up top and it benefitted the pair.
But much like many of Corberan's tactics and systems, it is fluid. Grant drifted out wide a lot, allowing Johnston to take up a central role, and that led to the opener.
Fellows also had a license to go inside, and Jayson Molumby loves to get forward, so moving away from having a designated number ten to something that can change in game, could well be what West Brom have needed.
Albion may just be about to benefit from Swift and Diangana failing to take another chance.
Their early season form comes in, as it stands, their final campaigns at the club with both out of contract. Have they done enough for new deals? As explained above, their early season form suggests not and they now have a task to win back their places in the side.
