A West Brom possession headache, Molumby, MJ and front two: West Brom talking points after Derby defeat
Ryan Mason would have been scratching his head trying to work out how his side came away from their clash with Derby empty handed.

Albion had the chances in the game and more of the possession - and for much of the game Albion looked like the only side who looked like winning the game.
However former Baggies forward Andi Weimann struck five minutes from time and it was enough to give Derby the spoils.
The game threw up a number of talking points and Jonny Drury looks at a few of them:
They did enough - but more possession doesn't seem to work
Make no mistake about it, Albion should not have lost that game. They did enough to avoid defeat.
For me they did enough to win it. Isaac Price in the first half, Jayson Molumby with two second have strikes, Alex Mowatt cleared an effort from his own play off the Derby line - and there were other openings.
They didn't find the net and Derby did and football is a simple game in that respect.
On other observation is that this is the second home game in a row where Albion have played well, decent enough, and dominated possession.
But, they have come away with just one point from the two games.
They pressed and probed against Derby, and should have really found a goal, but they didn't.
However, if you take a game like Stoke City, where they played on the break and had more clear cut openings, you could argue that Albion look sharper and more potent playing in that way.
A different Jayson Molumby
There were positives in the game for sure - and one for me was Jayson Molumby.
Again, as is always the case with the midfielder, he was all action, firing into tackles and breaking up play.
That is what we are used to from the midfielder - but there seems to be a part of his game developing.
In possession has probably been the weakest part of Molumby's game in the past - but it has come on leaps and bounds.
I thought against Derby we saw a better Molumby in terms of finding forward passes, and creating too.
It is something we are used to seeing from him and for me he was one of Albion's better players.
It may have been the fact Albion have strengthened in his position and he felt he needed to raise it to keep his place.
And after his start to the season, one thing is for sure that the midfielder is going to be hard to dislodge on that evidence.
MJ busy - but responsibility is greater
Mikey Johnston was busy throughout the game, a lot went through him both in the first and the second half.
Given Tom Fellows' departure, he is now Albion's big creative spark on the wing.
Jed Wallace is solid and can deliver the odd cross - but Johnston has that magic dust that he can sprinkle over things.
However, for all his time on the ball and getting into good areas, the end product wasn't huge.

It hasn't been in certain games - while in other games like Wrexham he has had a big impact.
Now there is arguably more responsibility to produce from out wide with the departure of Fellows.
They had two wingers who could beat men and tie full backs and knots - but now they only have Johnston, or did from the start.
Samuel Iling-Junior showed glimpses but Johnston is the more experienced man there.
There is more responsibility on his shoulders to deliver and it will be interesting to see what is delivered by him in the coming weeks and months.
A front two to aid Heggebo?
Josh Maja came on late in the game as Albion basically went two up front.
Aune Heggebo didn't have his best game in a Baggies shirt but he still held it up and brought others into play.
But because he drops in and does that job, Albion aren't getting their forward in the box to get on the end of things - and that is a slight issue.
It is the sacrifice you are making when you play like that - but late on Maja was introduced.

Going forward, could there be potential for that to happen from the off.
If it does, Price would go out to the left and Maja would play in the ten or even alongside Heggebo.
It could benefit both. It would take a scoring burden off Heggebo - and also Maja wouldn't need to do that job and could concentrate being in the box.
