Steve Bull: Wolves are capable of beating Aston Villa in big derby clash

It would be big for this Wolves team if they could get a result against Villa in the West Midlands derby.

As players we don't really care where we get the win from, as long as we get the three points, and for this team all that matters is that first win.

I watched Villa recently and I think they look a bit vulnerable. If we are on our game, we can win it.

We're all asking ourselves where the first three points will come from and it will be a long 26 games left of the season.

It will be tough to get out of the relegation zone but Rob Edwards is full of enthusiasm and quality and if anyone can do it, he can.

But he needs the team behind him, they have to pull their finger out and realise that Championship football is just around the corner if they don't get points sooner rather than later.

When the first goal went in against Crystal Palace their heads dropped and they have to stand tall to get out of this mess.

It's only up to the players to do that. Whoever Edwards picks has to put in 100 per cent for the club and if that isn't good enough, then it's the class in the player themselves and a quality issue.

I do think we have quality in the squad, it just needs putting together and I think Edwards can do that.

The fans are a massive part of our fight, they supported the team from start to finish last week, and all they want to see is effort.

We held our own in the first 60 minutes against Crystal Palace and although we huffed and puffed a bit, you can see signs of what he wants the team to do.

Clinical finishing was the difference between the two teams and we don't seem to have that. Every team we face only needs one chance to score.

We have numerous chances to go 1-0 up and fluff our lines, which is so frustrating. We have to sort that out.

We saw Jorgen Strand Larsen and Tolu Arokodare start together in a front two for the first time and I think it could be dangerous going forward.

They are both big and imposing figures that are difficult to play against, but they need to put themselves about a bit more.

You have to be nasty, in the right way, and make it difficult for the opposition.

That could be a good partnership that scores goals if they get it right.
