Steve Bull: Wolves face two huge matches and need fans to keep the faith

Wolves now face two huge matches in their season and they will need the fans with them every step of the way.

Most supporters are coming up to me saying that we're going down, but Vitor Pereira saved us last year and I urge them to keep the faith that he will do it this year.

The last two performances have shown he is starting to turn it around and the players are getting used to the manager and the Premier League. It will start to click.

We have big games coming up now against Sunderland and Burnley and while they are not the be-all and end-all, it should be the start of our revival.

The players have to use the two late equalisers recently as fuel and it's down to the manager to get that message across.

When you're down there and don't have anyone patting you on the back, or kicking you up the backside, you feel alone. They need to be out there as a team and fighting as a team.

Sunderland have a fan base like ours - hardworking people who want to see grafters on the pitch. If we go up there and give 100 per cent we are capable of getting a result and the fans will get behind them.

I think Sunderland's bubble will burst halfway through the season and I'm not sure they have the stamina to keep it going.

The next two are massive games, but I'm not worried about any other team, I'm worried about us.

They could be pivotal matches come May and we need the fans to stick with them because they will eventually get it right.

It has been a frustrating start to the season but if we play like we did against Spurs and Brighton, and concentrate for the full match, we will start getting results

It's important to focus on what we can do and we have to go out there and perform. Take encouragement from the last two games and build on it.

It's still early days and I urge the fans to get behind the team.

I know we also have a big squad but it's a team game and I urge the players on the fringe, when they get their chance again, to pull on that shirt with pride and give it your all.
