Samantha Agomoh took silver in the Mixed 4 x 100m Junior Relay and followed that up with a bronze medal in the Junior Girls 200m.

Agomoh hit two personal bests: sprinting 24.64s in her 200m heat, before clocking 24.51s in the final.

Once rankings are updated, Agomoh will be third in the UK for the under-15 category.

Isobelle Jones also won silver in the Senior Girls 1500m with a time of 4m and 25.6s, while Ethan Kendrick secured bronze and a personal best 57 metres and 31cm in the Senior Boys Hammer.

Elsewhere, Grace Hendy finished 18th in the final of the Intermediate Girls 3000m and Aisha Abdullah came ninth in the final of the Intermediate Girls Hammer.

Joshua Welford was placed fifth in his heat in the Senior Boys 200m and Aupromeyo Mukherjee sprinted to a sixth-place finish in his heat in the Junior Boys 100m.

"My predictions were nearly spot on but ended up with three individual medallists and a relay medallist, which is most rewarding," coach Claudio Albanese said.

"Overall, an excellent weekend for Ethan, Isobelle and Samantha, but not ruling out how Grace, Aisha, Joshua and Aupro performed.

"Some first timers may have been overwhelmed with this competition but I know already from club comments how proud we all are on their achievements."

The club will also be holding two weekly summer camps for youngsters between six and 14 years-old at a cost of £45 per person in August.

The summer athletic camps will run between August 4-8 and 18-22.
