West Brom kick off pre-season with Port Vale win as youngster gets on scoresheet
West Brom kicked off their pre-season campaign with victory in a behind closed doors friendly against Port Vale.

Ahead of flying out to Austria for a pre-season training camp where they will face Dynamo Kiev, Albion welcomed Darren Moore's League One outfit to their training ground on Friday afternoon.
Ryan Mason named a strong side featuring a handful of first team regulars from last season.
But it was January signing Tammer Bany who shone in the first half, as his smart finish gave Albion a one goal lead at the break.
Mason made a raft of changes in the game, with one being the talented and highly rated youngster Ollie Bostock.
And midway through the second period he made his mark in front of the new Albion head coach, firing in Albion's second to complete a 2-0 win.
Albion now head to Austria and after their training camp, they return to face Blackpool and Lincoln City in pre-season trips, followed by a home clash with Rayo Vallecano
