Wolves head coach opens up on potential new contract
Vitor Pereira has revealed he will wait until the end of the season to have talks over a new Wolves contract as he targets taking the club to a 'higher level'.

The head coach has masterminded Wolves' relegation survival but will only have a year left on his deal at the end of the campaign after signing an 18-month contract in December.
Fans have been calling for Pereira to be given an extension, but the 56-year-old prefers to focus on finishing the season positively before opening talks.
"I'm not worried about it because it's not the time for a new contract," Pereira said.
"It's time to keep going with our work, because we have a lot of points to fight for.
"I want to do the best until the end of the season.
"Of course, if I'm happy and the club is happy, it's normal that I keep going with my work.
"If I have a conversation with the club and they are happy with our work, I'm happy with the work I'm doing and the supporters are happy with the work - then we have the conditions to renew the contract and to stay here.
"If I want to take a club to a (higher) level but the club is satisfied because they avoid relegation, then this is not for me.
"I didn't come to England to avoid relegation. This season, that was the situation, but we need to build a good squad for next season to start to fight for the middle of the table and after, to look for other targets.
"This is the way I see the club, with ambition and with the players it is the same."

Pereira is adamant that he wants to fight higher up the table next season, but has previously admitted he does not need to sign big money players and just the right players.
When asked if the club have the same ambition and attitude towards next season as him, Pereira added: "Of course.
"We need to talk again and at the end of the season we need to understand the real situation, because the market is the market.
"Some players will leave, some players will come. I hope we can keep almost all of them because we cannot start again from zero.
"We need to have our base and start to increase our level, from what we've created until now.
"This is very important, don't lose the base and bring good players, with a good squad competing, because we need competition. Without competition it is impossible.
"Players with the profile, not only tactical and technical, but also the personality we need.
"To love this city, to love Wolverhampton, the kind of person who is happy with the happiness of the people. This is the spirit that we need to create for our future."
