Sam Johnstone - 5

Neither convincing nor instilling us with confidence, the goalkeeper did not cost Wolves the game but he also did not aid them.

Matt Doherty - 5

Despite getting into dangerous positions, Doherty's quality with his crosses was below par and he was hauled off.

Nelson Semedo - 4

In his first game as captain, Semedo had his worst game of the season. Caught out defensively and poor in possession.

Santi Bueno - 4

Soft off the ball and with several poor passes, Bueno did himself no favours of keeping his place in the team.

Toti Gomes - 5

Toti was Wolves' best defender and had a strong second half, but was left wanting with the final corner that decided the game.

Rayan Ait-Nouri - 4

The wing-back was dangerous going forward in the second half but lost his head during the game and after it, resulting in a late red card. He also lost his marker for Ipswich's winner.

Andre - 4

The midfielder was taken off at half-time in potentially his worst performance in a Wolves shirt, with so many sloppy passes as the game passed him by.

Mario Lemina - 4

In his first game since losing the captaincy, Wolves needed a big performance from Lemina and he faltered. His body language was incredibly poor.

Jean-Ricner Bellegarde - 4

It was a big opportunity for Bellegarde to impress but he was nowhere near the required level and that should be his last chance for a while.

Jorgen Strand Larsen - 6

Despite not scoring, Larsen was a handful and came close to scoring in the second half. He could have had a hat-trick.

Matheus Cunha - 7

With an equalising goal and several chances to get another, Cunha was the catalyst for most of Wolves' big moments. He let himself down with the incident after the final whistle.
