Pet owners can now book Pets Parlour grooming appointments online
New online booking system launched
Pet retailer Pets & Friends, which has stores in Walsall and Lichfield, has launched an online booking system for its Pets Parlour grooming salons, allowing customers to arrange appointments digitally for the first time.
The new system is available across Pets Parlour locations within Pets & Friends stores and is designed to streamline the process of booking grooming appointments for dogs, cats and small animals.
Pets Parlour offers a range of grooming services, from introductory sessions for puppies and kittens to treatments tailored to the needs of older pets. The salons also provide services such as nail clipping, teeth cleaning and specialist coat care.
Under the new booking system, customers are able to choose a preferred groomer when making an appointment, helping pets to build familiarity with the same grooming professional over time.
Alongside standard grooming appointments, Pets Parlour continues to offer optional spa treatments designed for different coat types and breeds. Self-service dog wash facilities are also available at stores, providing an alternative option for owners who prefer to wash their pets themselves.
The introduction of online booking reflects a wider trend towards digital services within the pet care sector, with many businesses increasingly offering customers the ability to manage appointments online.
Pets & Friends said traditional booking methods will remain available, with customers still able to arrange appointments by phone or by visiting their local salon in person.
