The four commercial investment properties are located in a parade on the town’s High Street and will each have a guide price* of £99,000+ in the livestreamed auction next month (Thursday, May 14), the auction will take place from 8.30am.
Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe said that that all four freehold properties due to appear in the May auction were fully let, with each one generating rental income of £14,000 per annum.
“This parade has a total of eight properties that we sold to a buyer last year, and they are now selling each of them individually at auction,” Gurpreet Bassi said.
He continued: “The first four attracted plenty of attention from bidders and healthy sale prices in our March auction, and we are expecting more competitive interest for the second four properties in our May auction.”
All four sales would be subject to existing tenancies, and that offers in excess of the guide price may be considered prior to the auction.
