Brierley Hill Waterfront offices and bars to be sold in online auction
Part of The Waterfront at Brierley Hill has been put on the market with a guide price of £2.5 million.

Property company Savills is handling the sale of 42.6 acres of properties and land on either side of the Dudley Canal.
It will feature as a lot in an online auction being run by Savills on July 18. There is a guide price of £2.5 million.
Potential buyers can register their interest in bidding on the Savills website.
The Waterfront site includes offices, shops, leisure units and car parks.
Part of the site – The Landmark (formerly Point North) – has previously been sold on a freehold basis and five-floor Quay House, Waterfront Way, is also available separately valued at £2.5 million.
Three bridges connect the two parcels of land, which have their own separate road access.
The majority of the upper floors and a number of buildings have been sold on long leases at peppercorn rents.
The majority of retail units are under direct management of the estate and are let to a variety of food and beverage, service-led retailers and a day nursery.
They include Putt Above, Red By Night, The Indian Tavern, JD Wetherpoon's The Waterfront Inn, The Garrison and Dr Eamer's Emporium.
A number of office units that are not sold off on long leases are let to different office occupiers.
Historically the owner has been required to pay an annual sum to the Canal & River Trust but they have agreed to vary so this would not apply to any future owner.
Quay House extends to 45,253 sq ft. The basement is being retained by the freeholder and is currently in use as parking for 29 cars and is not included in the sale.
The building is currently tenanted by Contour Design, RJ Development, Kingsguard Legal, Cromwell Group (Holdings), Insurance Protector, Prosperity Wealth and Reach Internet.
