I'M FED UP WITH BREAKFAST CLUBS

With reference to Rachel Reeves and breakfast club for all school children, is she not aware that supermarket own brand cereal can be purchased for £1 and under? There is something very wrong if parents can’t feed their own kids breakfast.

Am I going to get my breakfast fed to me at the cost of the taxpayer? Of course not, that’s why we have no winter heating money after paying into the pot, being told we would be looked after when we retire. I am fed up hearing about the black hole. You can take it from me, as Labour work there will be a triple black hole by the time they have finished borrowing etc.

Also, I am fed up hearing of the triple lock for pensioners and how much better we will be off. More lies. What about the old pensioners that are on old state pensions? Never mind, as long as children are well looked after with our money.

Disgraceful. Shame on Labour, they won’t get in the next election. Roll on.

WHERE IS JUSTICE BEING SERVED?

How often do we read, after another emergency worker is assaulted in the line of duty, that it 'won't be tolerated'?

The facts are, it is tolerated, to the point where it is now commonplace, as evidenced by this paper.

The headline (November 18) says it all: "No jail for driver who battered PC". This is because the criminal already has a jail sentence and the additional one will run 'concurrently'...

This, of course, is a meaningless punishment, but all too frequent for those already serving a sentence, although many serious and violent crimes attract a suspended sentence and believe it or not it is possible to get two of these running concurrently!

When someone is actually sent to prison, they will only serve a fraction of the tariff. No incentive for rehabilitation. Clearly those involved in the Southport riots got prison sentences due to the influence of the Prime Minister. The West Midlands sees equally violent offenders returned to the streets, some being informed there are no prison places for them. What does that say? Crime pays?

The 'justice' system neither protects, punishes or rehabilitates. Consequently, people say they do not feel safe, despite the authorities trying to convince you otherwise...

HARRIS BACKERS WERE A FAILURE

If Sir Keir Starmer has his wits about him he will leave those he sent over to support Kamala Harris and to persuade the American people to vote for her in the election for President over in the USA. If they cannot get the Yanks to vote for a dead cert, quotes from the BBC and other TV stations, then what use will they be to us?
