The 1870s Victorian building at Queen Square in Wolverhampton has closed its doors to yet another business.
For many years, the historic property was home to The Parisian, a French-themed cocktail bar and restaurant.
However, the restaurant closed its doors last month (May 2026) following ongoing financial pressures and a zero-star food hygiene rating that was given at the end of 2025.
This building is a stunning 1870s building that was constructed during the Victorian expansion of Queen Square.
It’s fair to say that the building has lived many lives before it was The Parisian.
Historically, the site was an amusement arcade.
The building now lies vacant and dormant.
And we’re left wondering what the building should transform into next?
