Watch: Car ploughs into parked vehicle and wall - and the driver walked away
The Express & Star has obtained footage from a shocking incident that occurred in 2023 on a road some residents have dubbed a problem for speeding.

The CCTV captures the moment two cars were wrecked when one ploughed into the parked on a Wolverhampton street.
Justin Tranquille, the owner of the parked car, has called for action over traffic issues in Wolverhampton Road East.
The incident, which destroyed both cars, took place at around 3am on Sunday, September 24, with no one being injured.
The footage shows a calm road only moments before chaos erupted as another car, travelling at high speed, smashed into the parked Ford Focus TGI, with sparks seen flying as the car collided with an ornate brick wall.

Mr Tranquille has called for more action following the incident, saying that the issue has cost him and other residents thousands of pounds.
He said: "We need something to do about this. This is around the 15th incident that we have had on this road in the last seven years.
"My next-door neighbour has had three issues, I have had two. There was a particularly bad incident where a person went through the wall and had to have their legs amputated."
The crash in September saw Mr Tranquille's £8,000 car written off, as well as a section of wall which was built out of ornate brickwork destroyed, costing him a total of £15,000 in repairs to his vehicle and property.

Mr Tranquille continued: "I personally had over £15,000 worth of damage to my property and vehicle due to a vehicle crashing into my home and writing off my £8,000 car.
"They all ran away and even though I have CCTV footage of the incident I don’t believe any action has been taken against them. Something needs to be done."
