Winter bug scare wards at Walsall Manor Hospital reopen

The majority of wards have reopened to visitors at a hospital just over a week after they were shut due to the winter vomiting bug norovirus.
Walsall Manor Hospital was closed to visitors for eight days in a bid to contain the spread of the highly contagious illness, but the visitor ban was lifted at lunchtime yesterday.
Warning posters have been taken down but handwashing stations remain at entrances.
Three out of 25 wards are still affected by norovirus, with four cases remaining.
Restrictions are in place on wards three, 14 and Swift Discharge Unit.
