Watch: Horrendous amounts of fly-tipped rubbish on Morrisons car park in Walsall
Rubbish and black bags are strewn across the ground
Shocking images taken by the Express & Star show a horrendous amount of rubbish fly-tipped on a car park of Morrisons in Walsall.
There are many black bags scattered across the ground, as well as large amounts of rubbish, discarded clothes, fabrics, cardboard boxes and other items.
The fly-tipped rubbish is located next to the recycling bins at the car park.

Morrisons has said it is investigating the incident.
Walsall Council told the Express & Star that private landowners are responsible for waste on their land.

Councillor Ian Benton said the council is continuing to use the powers available to tackle environmental crime across the borough.
He said: “Fly-tipping is a criminal offence that damages our environment, blights local communities and places an unnecessary burden on taxpayers.

“We would encourage residents to continue reporting incidents so that action can be taken against offenders and our neighbourhoods can be kept clean and safe.”
Residents can report fly-tipping online via the Council’s website or by calling 01922 653355.
