Tributes laid at scene of Wolverhampton road tragedy as man named locally

The tributes have paid tribute to the victim of the fatal road collision.

A row of tributes have been left at the scene of where a man died after being hit by a car on a major Wolverhampton road.

A stream of colours could be seen on the railings opposite Wolverhampton University’s Millennium City Building on Wolverhampton’s City Centre Ring Road, as well as flowers and several decorations in Wolves colours.

The tributes could be seen being laid and attached to the railings by members of staff from the University, with several comforting each other.
