Fuel prices over the last month have been in constant fluctuation due to the war in the Middle East.

Reports of higher fuel prices are followed by reports of a 'dip' by a few pence per litre a day later.
The near-daily fluctuations are spurred on by the current geopolitical instability experienced in Iran, causing a near 10p a litre rise in UK fuel prices in only a week.
The constant changes in our weekly fuel bill have left many people concerned; however, for some, it's hard to visualise just how much those prices have changed in only one week.
So, to help show the rise in the price and the dent that it makes in our respective pockets, we have visited and revisited four petrol stations only a week apart to show the rise (or drop) in fuel prices in only six days.

Texaco: Hawkes Green Lane, Cannock

At Texaco in Hawkes Green Lane, in Cannock, we found that the fuel prices for diesel had risen more than those of petrol.
