A landmark inn on Washwood Heath Road in Birmingham has been listed for sale.
Bond Wolfe has been instructed to sell The Saltley Inn, which has 22 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a 300 capacity function suite and a 150 capacity bar and entertainment area.
The venue occupies a prominent roadside location on the A47 Washwood Heath Road, one of the principal arterial routes connecting Birmingham city centre and the eastern suburbs.
