Tesco recalls popular £3.50 sandwich filler due to allergy concerns

Customers have been warned not to eat the product.

Tesco has issued a recall notice for a popular £3.50 sandwich filler due to allergy concerns.

The supermarket has recalled Tesco Finest Summer Edition Caesar & Smoked Bacon Coleslaw due to a packaging error, which has resulted in some packs containing Tesco Finest Four Cheese Potato Salad instead.

Due to the blunder, this means the incorrect product contains mustard which has not been declared on the label.

The recall is for packs with the use by date of September 4, 2026.

Those with mustard allergies or intolerances have been urged not to eat it.
