In another instance, a warning was given to a man who was riding a segway on Wombourne Railway Walk.
Meanwhile, officers also spotted an e-scooter being driven at speed on Giggetty Lane. The rider was given a Section 59 ASB warning.
Chief Inspector Kelly Wareing, of the south Staffordshire local policing team (LPT) said: “This was a proactive operation where we showed our zero-tolerance approach to illegal and anti-social driving across south Staffordshire.
“We will continue to patrol local hotspots and take action against those responsible for vehicle-related ASB.”
