Road partially closed due to 'police incident' in Staffordshire

A road has been closed near the rail bridge.
A road has been partially closed in the Lichfield area following a ‘police incident’.
National Express West Midlands posted on X this morning that Birmingham Road was closed by the rail bridge.
Bus services have been diverted.
The post said: “Birmingham Road by rail bridge closed due to a Police Incident.
“X3 to Birmingham diverted Birmingham Road, Trent valley Road, Cappers Lane, A38, Birmingham Road.
“To Lichfield - Reverse of above.”
