A Staffordshire countryside pub has worked to help reduce costs for customers on its new menu through cost-saving discounts during the week.
A village pub in the Staffordshire countryside has offered customers help with costs through a discount offer on its new menu.
The Red Lion in Bradley has launched the new menu, which offers a range of dishes from across the continent, as well as homemade and traditional dishes.
The Davenports-owned pub has included continental dishes such as Spanish Mussels, Patatas Bravas, Birria Beef Croquette and Scillian Nduja Arancini, as well as twists on traditional dishes such as Vodka Battered Haddock and Chips, Chicken Schnitzel and a Full English breakfast.

As well as the new menu, the pub is offering two courses for just £20 from Monday to Friday from 12-5pm and 25 per cent off food on Monday and Tuesday evenings from 5-9pm.
Katie McPhilimey, Davenports brand & marketing director said: “We understand that the climate can be challenging, but we still want our valued customers to enjoy eating delicious, handmade, thoughtful dishes in our beautiful pub.
“We’re taking the hit on Monday and Tuesday evenings to set a positive tone for the week with 25 per cent off food, so that’s 25 per cent off our cracking Chicken Schnitzel that is already priced well at £15.95 right through to our overly generous M.Mottershead Mixed Grill, which takes some eating.

“As a local village pub, we have always put the customer at the very heart of what we do, and this really reinforces that.
“I think you would find it hard to beat two handmade courses for just £20 for that business lunch or catch up with friends.”
