Public urged to stay away as fire crews battle blaze on Wolverhampton canal

The fire was reported to have started on a boat on the canal.
The public have been urged to avoid an area near the Staffordshire and Worcestershire Canal after a fire broke out.
West Midlands Fire Service said crews were in attendance at a fire on Castlecroft Lane, which was believed to involved a boat on fire.
A spokesman for West Midlands Fire Service said: “We have crews in attendance at an incident on Castlecroft Lane in Wolverhampton, involving a boat on fire on the canal.
“Please avoid the area.”
