Police dog proudly shows off latest bust of illegal vapes, cigarettes and make-up from Wolverhampton
A West Midlands Police dog was seen proudly posing with its latest bust of illegal vapes, cigarettes and cosmetics from Wolverhampton.
Officers from West Midlands Police’s St Peter's, Park and Graiseley Team have shared photos of one of their four-legged law enforcers after stashes of prohibited items were seized from Wolverhampton shops.
A post on social media showed the proud sniffer dog, who had been working in collaboration with Trading Standards, to uncover large amounts of illegal items from cigarettes and vapes to make-up.
A spokesperson for the force wrote: “Working with trading standards and our 4 legged helper, a number of illegal items have been seized from 2 separate stores.
“Items included, cigarettes, vapes and cosmetics. “
West Midlands Police and Trading Standards have been contacted for more detail on the raids.
