The heathland and 440 acres of woodland are buzzing with life in the summer, making it a great spot for bird-watching and spotting day-flying moths and butterflies.

You can choose from established routes like the 2.2-mile Buzzard Trail or the slightly steeper 2.7-mile Rabbit Trail, and take in the beautiful scenery on the way.

It’s an excellent space to bring the kids, with a natural play area, and dogs are highly welcome to join you on the extensive network of bridleways

On the summit of Clent Hill are The Four Stones. Make your way up there to see the stones - which were actually created in the 18th century for Lord Lyttleton as a folly to be viewed by visitors from down in the valley.

On a clear day, you can see the Black Mountains from Clent Hills. At the top of the viewpoint path is a topograph with labels so you can identify the distant hills and landmarks.

It’s a beautiful National Trust site to visit. Make the most of it and visit on a sunny day this summertime.
