A new independent bar is set to open in Stourport focused on 'great drinks, good conversation and a relaxed atmosphere'.
Stanley's will open in High Street on a date yet to be confirmed.
Posting on social media, The Speakeasy at Stanley's said: “Well… we suppose the secret’s out.
“STANLEY’S is coming to Stourport. Why Stanley’s? Well, what can we say?
“We’ve completely fallen in love with the building, and it felt only right to pay homage to the wonderful history of the shop that once stood here.
“Stanley’s will be an independent bar, focused on great drinks, good conversation and a relaxed atmosphere.
“Somewhere to settle in, enjoy yourself and feel at home.
“We’ve been quietly working away behind the scenes for months, and we absolutely can’t wait for you to see what we’ve been up to.
“While works continue and we await a lick of paint we thought now was the time to say hello.
“We would also like to say a massive thank you to Outpost Custom for our amazing new signage.
“We’ll soon be looking for experienced bar and hospitality staff to join the team. If that sounds like you, feel free to drop us a message on our page.
