Change to bin collection dates in Wolverhampton due to 'operational issues'
Residents in parts of Wolverhampton are being advised that rubbish bin collection dates have changed.
Wolverhampton Council said due to operational issues bins will be collected from the following streets in Compton and Finchfield areas on Monday, January 5.
Residents should prepare to leave bins outside addresses in Compton Road West, Ash Hill, Compton Hill Drive, Waterdale, Ashfield Road, York Avenue, York Gardens, York Crescent, Finchfield Gardens, Bantock Gardens, Surrey Drive, Sussex Drive, Abbot’s WayPinfold Lane and adjoining streets Fivefields Road, Lea View, Birchfields Road Lower Street, Grotto Lane, Malthouse Lane, Redacres, Sandy Lane, and Lowlands Avenue.
Green waste will be collected by registering to the Wolverhampton Garden Waste Collection Service.
Purple bins will be emptied on the same day as recycling bins.
