The delighted winner matched five numbers and the bonus ball in the The National Lottery draw held on Wednesday 24th December 2025, securing the life-changing prize just in time for the festive season.

Still coming to terms with his win, the Staffordshire man revealed his first thoughts were of building a future with his partner. Speaking about his plans, he said: “I’d like to set money aside for a house and put some of the win towards a wedding.”
