Most people can enjoy a relaxing walk in their local neighbourhood. But have you thought about venturing outside your typical walking route in a way that may be much better for you?
If you’re wondering how to make the most out of your Easter weekend that starts on Friday (April 3) up until Monday (April 6).
A change in scenery might be just what you need.
As April officially starting today (Wednesday, April 1), it is an excellent time to revitalise any motivation that has dwindled over the past few months as many of us have already broken our New Year’s resolutions.
For many, walking is an excellent free exercise (and much cheaper than a gym membership). Walking has long been considered a relatively low-impact routine which does absolute wonders for your physical and mental wellbeing.
Rather than going to the gym three times a week, a refreshing walk where you can reconnect with the great outdoors may just be the thing that you need.
