Deloitte has officially opened the doors to its new Birmingham office in One Centenary Way, bolstering the firm’s long-standing commitment to the Midlands.
The global professional services giant will occupy two floors in One Centenary Way - one of the city’s largest contemporary buildings, spanning 46,000 sq. ft.
Located in the Paradise development in Birmingham, the firm’s new Midlands headquarters will serve more than 1,000 people across the region.

Juliet Halfhead, practice senior partner at Deloitte Midlands, said: “Our move represents a new era for our practice. The Midlands remains one of the country's most dynamic regions for business, innovation and investment. From major real estate and infrastructure programmes to advances in manufacturing and technology, organisations across the region are driving growth here, and across the UK.
“We're committed to playing a central role in that story, and our new home reflects our confidence in the region's future. The space creates an environment where our people can develop their skills and careers, build stronger relationships with clients and contribute to some of the most significant projects shaping the future of the Midlands.
“Our deep roots and ongoing investment in the region mean we are uniquely positioned to bring the full breadth of Deloitte’s expertise to our clients, helping them to navigate challenges and seize opportunities right here in the Midlands."
Recognised as one of the city’s most sustainable buildings, One Centenary Way is also aligned to Deloitte’s sustainability mission, with pure electric heating and hot water supply system and SMART access to services throughout its floorplates.
Alongside the investment in best-in-class office space, Deloitte is prioritising its people and the next generation of talent.
This autumn, the Midlands practice welcomed 90 new people across its graduate, BrightStart apprenticeship and industrial placement schemes - following a strong round of 295 promotions in June, including two new partners and 11 new directors.
Richard Bray, managing partner for UK Places at Deloitte, said: “Local connections, local knowledge and a long-term commitment to place are powerful drivers of opportunity. The firm’s continued investment in its Midlands team, including this move to One Centenary Way, reflects our commitment to supporting businesses throughout the UK.
“We are proud of our ability to create and support exceptional careers in the places people want to live and work. By continuing to invest across our UK network, we're creating environments that bring together our people, clients and communities.”
The office space was officially opened this week, hosted by Deloitte CEO Darren Graves and Mayor of the West Midlands Richard Parker, as well Nick Smith, head of infrastructure at Birmingham City FC, and Vicky Gosling OBE - chair of Birmingham 2027 Invictus Games which Deloitte is an official partner of.
