Free parking on all Dudley council car parks over Easter weekend due to 'technical issue'
There will be free parking on all Dudley council car parks over the Easter weekend.
Dudley Council has announced free parking on all council car parks until Tuesday, April 7.
It said this will give businesses a boost over the upcoming Easter weekend - although it specified the free parking is being offered because of a “technical issue”.

From today (April 1) free parking was being offered at all council‑owned pay and display car parks in Dudley.
However a “technical issue” has caused machines not to update.
Due to this parking will be free at all the council-owned car parks all weekend and until the end of Tuesday.
Dudley Council said: “Two hours’ free parking came into force today on all council car parks, however due to a technical issue with our parking machine provider, machines have not updated.
“Therefore, all parking charges have been suspended until Tuesday at 11.59pm.”
