Four-bed home in much sought-after West Midlands town up for grabs in auction with £395k guide price
The four-bedroom property has a guide price of £395,000.
A four-bedroom family home has been added to the list of properties for sale in Bond Wolfe’s next auction.
The semi-detached property at 656 Streetsbrook Road, close to Solihull town centre, will have a guide price of £395,000 in the livestreamed auction on Thursday 9 July.

This is the second house on the same street to be entered into the auction by Solihull Council, the first being a similar residence just two doors away at 660 Streetsbrook Road, also with a guide price of £395,000.
Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive at Bond Wolfe, said: “This is a vacant freehold property that doesn’t require any modernisation, so it’s a turnkey property. It may also be suitable for development, subject to planning permission.

“There is a storm porch, hall, guest cloakroom, two reception rooms, kitchen, pantry, utility room and store on the ground floor, with a landing, four bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet upstairs.
“The property benefits from gas central heating and double glazing, and outside is a wide driveway and two garages at the front, and a rear garden with decking area.”

Streetsbrook Road is within a short walking distance of Solihull town centre, with a full range of shops, including the Touchwood Shopping Centre.
There are also highly reputable public and private schools to suit all age groups within walking distance.

The M42 motorway is a short drive away with access to the M40, M5 and M6, and Solihull train station is just around the corner.
The Solihull property will be among 173 lots appearing in Bond Wolfe’s next auction which is due to start at 8.30am on Thursday 9 July.

The auction will be livestreamed via Bond Wolfe’s website with remote bidding by proxy, telephone or internet.
