Police raided the premises after a tip-off

A former Wolverhampton cafe owner who was jailed after police found cocaine, guns and ammunition at his premises has been ordered to pay back more than £92,000 of his ill-gotten gains.

Dhinsay, now 52 and previously of Oaklands, Wombourne, was jailed for five years and three months for the six offences.

He is still serving his sentence but his case was back in court on Thursday (October 15) for a Proceeds of Crime Act hearing.

The hearing at Wolverhampton Crown Court was arranged to determine how much of his illegally obtained wealth Dhinsay should be made to pay back.

Judge Recorder Robert Talog Davies heard Dhinsay has available funds totalling £351,584.93.

He ordered him to pay £92,023.54. If Dhinsay fails to pay he could be made to serve four additional months in prison.
