Schools closed in the Black Country, Staffordshire and Wyre Forest: Find out which are shut on Wednesday

Some schools are closed for a third day due to icy conditions - but the majority will reopen after work to clear sites.

After a weekend of snow and wintry weather battering the West Midlands schools across the Black Country and Staffordshire were left unable to open.

Hundreds of schools were closed for a second day on Tuesday after temperatures plunged to -10C and lower in some areas leading to ice.

Officials were working to clear school grounds in an effort to get pupils back to lessons on Wednesday.

Other opening arrangements

Willenhall E-Act Academy is open to year groups 10, 11 and 13 only

Radleys Primary School will be open however, there will be no before/after school provision.
