Appeal launched to identify man after robbery at Dudley store

An appeal has been launched to ask for help finding a man police say they want to speak to following a robbery at a shop.

West Midlands Police have released CCTV images of the man it wants to identify following the incident on Pensnett High Street on the afternoon of January 22.

It has asked for anyone who recognises the man on the images to get in touch as soon as possible.

"We’re appealing for the public’s help following a robbery at a shop on High Street, Pensnett, on January 22, between 2.15pm and 2.20pm. 

"A man entered the store, took out a shopping bag and attempted to fill it with items. When approached by workers a suspect has then started throwing items at them before leaving the store taking energy drinks. 

"Anyone who recognises him or has any information they believe could help our officers investigating are asked to get in touch.
