Man arrested after imitation firearm seized in West Bromwich
An 18-year-old man was arrested following the discovery of an imitation firearm during a stop and search in West Bromwich.

Officers from Operation Guardian stopped a group of men acting suspiciously on New Street yesterday evening.
During a search, a BB gun was recovered.
The 18-year-old man, from Birmingham, was arrested on suspicion of possession of an imitation firearm in a public place.
He remains in police custody for questioning.
