Appeal launched following scooter theft in Dudley
An appeal has been launched to find the identity of two men police want to speak to in connection with the theft of a scooter.

West Midlands Police have released a video of the theft, which happened on November 23 on New Street in Dudley and has asked for anyone with any information about the two men involved to get in touch.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "Do you recognise these two?
"We would like to speak to them in relation to the theft of a scooter on New Street, Dudley, in the afternoon of November 23.
"If you recognise either of the men contact us on 101 quoting crime number 20/453270/25.
"Alternatively, call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111."
