'It's made for a terrible Christmas': Wolverhampton residents left fearful following 'horrific' Christmas Day murder
Residents of a 'quiet' Wolverhampton neighbourhood have been left terrified following a murder on their road on Christmas Day.
'It was a terrible way to spend Christmas' said residents of Burcot Avenue, Wolverhampton, who were shocked to hear that a killing had taken place on their road early on Christmas morning.
Emergency services rushed to the scene of a residential property on the road just after 3.30am on Christmas Day (Thursday), to reports that a 30-year-old man had been stabbed.

Despite the efforts of emergency services crews, the man was declared dead at the scene.
Two men, aged 35 and 58, have been arrested on suspicion of the murder, with police spending the majority of Christmas afternoon holding enquiries around the area, and offering reassurances to residents.
