Man charged after large combat knife and cannabis found on Birmingham high street
A man has been charged after a large combat knife and cannabis were found in Birmingham.
The suspect was arrested after attempting to avoid police on Northfield High Street, Birmingham.
A quantity of cannabis and a large combat knife was found by police following the incident.

The male has since been charged and is awaiting court, according to West Midlands Police's Project Guardian Team.
Project Guardian is a specialist knife-crime and youth-violence taskforce launched by West Midlands Police in 2019 to target and reduce serious violence—especially among under-25s—through a dynamic blend of enforcement, engagement, and data-driven policing.
