Three suspected Black Country drug dealers arrested in county lines probe

Three suspected county lines drug dealers from the Black Country have been arrested and charged.

Syed Alom, Mohammed Islam, and Shakir Ali, have all been charged with conspiracy to supply Class A drugs between January 1, 2018, and December 16, 2020.

Alom, 32, of Highfield Road, Rowley Regis; Islam, 27, of no fixed address; and Ali, 32, of Sycamore Road, Wednesbury, were all arrested last Tuesday.

They appeared at virtual court at Kidderminster Magistrates Court on Thursday and were remanded in custody.

The arrests were made as part of West Mercia Police Serious and Organised Crime Unit's Operation Invictus, which is investigating county lines drug dealing.
