Student injured in fight outside Sandwell College
A student has been injured in a fight outside a Black Country college.
Police and paramedics were seen outside Sandwell College in West Bromwich today after the fight.
The extent of any injuries is not yet known.
A spokeswoman for West Midlands Police said: "A student was injured in a fight outside the college. Enquiries are ongoing."
Claire Brown, spokeswoman for West Midlands Ambulance Service, said: "We were called by the police at 12.04pm to reports of an assault in Spon Lane, West Bromwich.
"One ambulance attended and treated one man at the scene before he was conveyed to hospital."
Sandwell College has been asked to comment.
