Harvey died after being stabbed in the back in Spring Pool Meadow, Russells Hall, just before 7pm on Monday.

Harvey, who was from Wednesbury, was helped by members of the public but was pronounced dead at the scene.

Connor Oakley, 18, from Spring Pool Meadow, and a 16-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, have been charged with his murder and appeared at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court on Thursday morning.

They were both remanded in custody ahead of an appearance at Wolverhampton Crown Court on Friday.

A 20-year-old man and a 15-year-old boy, who were arrested on suspicion of murder, have been released on police bail.

Yesterday Harvey's family paid tribute to him as "an amazing son and brother".
