The 40-year-old pedestrian – who is yet to be named – suffered serious injuries in the crash on the A461 Horseley Heath at around 9.30pm on September 26.
He was rushed to hospital in Birmingham, but died from his injuries at the weekend.
His partner, a 39-year-old woman, also suffered serious injuries to her leg, while the biker, a 28-year-old man, suffered a fractured shoulder.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police confirmed to the Express & Star that the 40-year-old male pedestrian died at the weekend.
The scene of the crash at the junction with Leech Street was cordoned off by police for several hours in the aftermath of the collision. Three ambulances were sent to the debris-strewn street along with officers from West Midlands Police.
