WATCH: CCTV footage released after car key burglary in Sedgley

Three burglars broke into a house in Sedgley before stealing the keys for a car and escaping from the scene.

Officers investigating the car-key burglary have released CCTV to try and trace the culprits

The offenders snapped a front door lock and broke into the house in Churchill Gardens.

They then stole the keys to a VW Polo parked on the road outside and escaped in it.

Police today released CCTV footage from the scene.

The car key burglary took place at around 2.15am on October 1.

The stolen car was later recovered in Gospel End, later that day.

West Midlands Police have sent the car off for forensic analysis and are appealing to trace the man wearing gloves pictured.
